Now Accepting Bids: Hazel Crest Creative Arts Center (Phase 2)

The Southland Development Authority is inviting contractors to submit bids for the next phase of the Hazel Crest Creative Arts Center project. This phase will transform an existing building through targeted interior upgrades, HVAC and electrical work, and a full roofing system replacement to enable year-round use.

This is part of a larger adaptive reuse effort to bring new life to the site and expand creative space in the community.
